Basically, this jutsu allows you to release a large amount of fire from ones hands that'll burst outwards towards an opponent with extreme force. Due to it's sheer power it can immediately melt nearby rock and incinerate most objects that it comes into contact with.
When Gobi used this against me, he used it as an omni-directional burst that originated from his hands, but I'm assuming that it can also be directed in a single direction should the user so wish?

Now I do have a few questions on this technique now. Can a user create chakra strings from anywhere? Since the description is so vague, it makes sense that one can release the strings from anywhere in the body. If that is the case, then can I use this to say, attach a limb back that was cut off, or to hold my internal organs together? And also, it says this lasts for 3 turns, so I guess that means that it's sorta passive right? I can use other jutsus while the strings are holding me together right?

Yes, Anywhere from the body. What if your Both Hands are broken. Since we are Ninjas with exceptional control over our body. We can attach these strings from our legs to control our Hands.
Yes, You can Hold Internal Organs via making a net of strings. Obviously you can use other jutsus even make hand seals. That's the point.

You post the jutsu when you start charging. I used to use it as when I entered the Battle Reserve Heat was already in use and active ( I mentioned it in my first post ). When I wanted to use it mid Battle I would mention it in the turn It starts charging ( counts as jutsu ) and not mention is again. After 2 turns my Fire jutsus would be more powerful and it's upto my opponent to know that they are above one level ( B rank Fire is now A rank Fire ) and if he makes mistake of countering it with low level water jutsu it would be unsuccessful. It counts as ONE jutsu for the turn when you mention it started charging. The charging post doesn't count as Turn.

Turn 3: You use reserve Heat
Turn 6: Reserve Heat in Effect

Initially inhaling a large amount of air, I begin to imbue my chakra into it while it channels into my lungs. Using the chakra, I amplify the amount of wind, as well as my own vocal cords. With a single loud outburst, I release the built up wind releasing a large blast forward, booming across the field. After, my own vocal cords and body aches from the recoil.

As I was writing I did come up with a few questions. Is the paralysis more or less instant, basically would the opponent be paralysed as soon as you begin the scream?
Also what is the nature of paralysis. Is it severe? Would they be able to move to make handseals to counter?

The fire ball can present itself in 2 forms: it can either be created by a stream of fire and sustained as a gigantic ball of flames in front of the user spanning up to short range or be released as a slightly smaller ball of fire which will travel towards the enemy up to mid range.

Sure enough the fireball would be far stronger than usual as a result of reserve heat.

Then, rolling my sleeves up in preparation of the momentous task at hand I would, at once, thrust my arms out before me with great conviction and strike a pose. Legs slightly wider than shoulder width apart, bent slightly at the knees, shoulders squared and arms tensed out before me in perfect line with my shoulders - surely this was a stance of great concentration, a prelude to some great technique to come. Or perhaps this was merely the form of a madman, or even worse, a weirdo who had taken leave of his senses.
Nonetheless I would, at once, gather my chakra and channel it through my arms, and from my arms to my hands, wherein it would be expelled outwards and converted to raw, intense fire through nature transformation. The burst of flames would stream forth from my palms, spanning out wide to reshape the scenery before me into an ashen and molten wasteland. That which comes into direct contact with the flames would be incinerated, while the surrounding ground would melt on account of it's immense heat.
The strain of the technique would be significant, but if it bothered me I would not show it.

Initially inhaling a large amount of air, I begin to imbue my chakra into it while it channels into my lungs. Using the chakra, I amplify the amount of wind, as well as my own vocal cords. With a single loud outburst, I release the built up wind releasing a large blast forward, booming across the field. After, my own vocal cords and body aches from the recoil.

As I was writing I did come up with a few questions. Is the paralysis more or less instant, basically would the opponent be paralysed as soon as you begin the scream?
Also what is the nature of paralysis. Is it severe? Would they be able to move to make handseals to counter?

The Paralyzed part is that the jutsu gives shock to their body and if it directly hits than User would sustain great deal of damage (Internal and External) And would be unable to move. Direct hit would be severe damage.
