Marco being the 1st Division Commander doesn't mean Marco is number 1 after WB and above everyone else, it just means Marco is the commander of group 1. Oda clarified this himself.

^^^^^ He requires help in all of those, without getting help, there is no "progress" for him. Anyone who becomes a UFC champion or any sort of a champion, or any sort of "Best at ___" has had help from others.

I took the argument outside of titles and into feats. Roger Garp and wb are the only ones who could fight each other, my point was only to suggest that roger is a tier above the spot he was put in here and so is wb and Garp simply because the story says they are.

I wasn't suggesting the pirate King is in another league although I believe that by nature of the title you must be the strongest pirate to get it and stronger than any individual who seeks to capture you. For you people saying that the listing is wrong just read the first damn thing I said. The list is not a comparison of strength or a ranking of strongest to weakest. The point of it is to show who is able to compete with who in a one on one match.

Most of you people are just showing ignorance on the subject matter for the sake of disagreement.

Of course each tier is stronger than the next sure but the characters inside the tiers are not placed in order according to strength. Think of them as 'roughly equal'.

As for Enel, I do think he will be on that level when he returns but obviously Luffy will be in a higher tier by that time. Goddamn.
