It's just due to the in depth complexity of her technique: The Mind's Eye of the Kagura

It's pretty legit but if u say Naruto can do all that while using Sage Mode and Karin does it without senjutsu chakra, how does that make him better?

Definitely Karin. Karin's sensing itself isn't that superior over SM Naruto's (I'd say they're equal), but her total sensory package, capability and versatility laugh at SM Naruto's sensory i.e. she can not just sense chakra, she can recognize genjutsu in herself and others, she can extinguish her own chakra etc.

She can sense emotions, gender, species, clan affliction, dishonesty without mounding chakra.

And all of this.

SM Naruto is the better well rounded sensor, his sensing is also linked to his combat.

Sensing chakra based by individual, footprints, hence he was able to tell Kakashi died in the pain arc, because he couldn't trace his chakra. He was able to tell Sasuke, and the other 4 kage was on the way to the battle field miles away.

Well Karin is a natural sensor so she definitely has more versatility to show for it. Though, Naruto's range surpasses anything she's shown so far, and that SM Naruto's abilities is not his cap.

He balances himself out with negative emotion sensing from the Kyuubi.

This depends on what you find more useful. A sensor more used for tracking situations, or a sensor whose used for combat situations.

My hand falls down for Naruto. Because Karin is only good for one thing, and one thing only, while Naruto SM has multiple uses and then-some.
