Kushina prolonged her inevitable death due to her exceptional Uzumaki life force. She did not permanently survive the extraction. BTW, don't compare Sakura to Kushina, since they are not the same when it comes to physical stamina, durability, vitality and life force. And Obito also survived it temporarily due to the powerful life force of Gedo Mezo.

1. You cannot survive an extraction, only extend your life slightly.
2. That extension of life can be done through exceptional and powerful life force which Kushina and Obito had, but Sakura doesn't.

Well first, Kushina did not "survive" the Bijuu Extraction. She only prolonged her inevitable death through her Uzumaki life force. That's not something you can achieve through Medical Ninjutsu of any form.

From memory too, I think it was stated that Kushina's chakra was special from the beginning, wasn't it? Aside the point, I think you understand what I mean.
