Only way I can see B losing is if probably V4 comes out. Though there's still CTBB anyways and the fact that:

- B cuts his tail and avoids it Amaterasu if he's caught in BM state.

- Has the speed in his V2 state to evade Sasuke's attacks like Danzo did while the cloak deals with Amaterasu. Plus Samehada?

- Genjutsu is a non factor for obvious reasons.

- B can avoid his attacks in V2 and instantly transform while shooting a TBB when Sasuke drops a level of Susano'o.


B should win.

If Bee goes BM he can use bijuudama but he gets vulnerable to amaterasu.

If he stays in V2 he's fast and can probably dodge amaterasu, or the cloak would protect him, but he can't use TBB, but in this case he can also outlast.

Can't see Sasuke losing, depending on what the intel is.

-Bee in base loses to Sasuke with v1 Susano, Bee in v1-v2 gets manhandled by the v2+ Susano variants.

-Not sure what Bee can do about Aoda if Sasuke summons him from the beginning.

-BM gets smacked by Amaterasu the second it comes out. Amaterasu to Hachibi's face blinds him and leaves him in agony. Also, Sasuke can fire his Katon Dragons while the Hachibi is shitting himself and thus have Kirin ready to shit on Bee/Hachibi.

Not even going to bother with your illiteracy. Raikiri never got past the cloak. V2 B is far greater than Kakashi in speed. Add the fact that in a terrible case scenario, Sharkskin can absorb 6tails worth of chakra at once. Not that this is even the core of my argument. V1 B keeps up with V1 Ay's speed let alone V2 B who has the speed to evade it and arguably the durability to survive. If not, then he gets healed by Samehada.
