Hashirama loses S2, eats them in S1.
-Hotei pins Mu or Onoki every single time they attempt to use Jinton.
-Minato/Tobirama's markings are all pulled to a single location via Mokuton, so if they try to warp Onoki and Mu to evade Hotei when it's used, they'll eventually end up being unable to teleport anywhere but that location, thus Hotei gets them.
-Even if Jinton gets off, Hashirama simply evades it.
-If Minato or Tobirama try to Hiraishin blitz him, Hashirama reacts and counters considering Madara was able to do the same with SM, and Madara=Hashirama in Base when it comes to reaction speed. (Inb4 someone brings the Rikudo argument I was using, I've been proven wrong by Apex, so no I'm not contradicting my argument for the fun of it)
-Tsunade is useless here unless she charges one of them for Super Jinton, which Hashirama can evade with Mayfly, or just outright considering Edo Madara was able to escape the cube without losing his entire body despite trying to use Preta Path initially and failing. Then throw in the fact that SM Hashirama>Edo Madara in raw movement speed due to Base Hashirama being Madara's physical equal.
Match ends with a senjutsu enhanced flower world (look at Mokujin to SM Mokujin) putting them to sleep, and Onoki/Mu getting pinned if they try to do anything about it.
