Look up the dark night returns, the red son, the trust, tower of babel, batman/superman annual #1, all times batman canonically beat superman, including the one you say isn't

Nope.

Dark Knight Returns: Not canon (Elseworlds and wrote by the very anti-Supes Frank Miller)
Red Son: Not canon (Elseworlds)
The Trust: Not canon (Wrote independent away from DC under the Marvel universe as a crossover)
Babel: Not canon (Kyle, Wally or Plastic Man were never part of the JL and Batman was never expelled)
The annual: Superman wanted Batman to win because of the situation they were in, so he let him. Not forgetting that Superman couldn't ever go flat out on his close friend; he wouldn't. Too good a person to knowingly slaughter someone he cares about.

Can't recognize what isn't canon? Don't comment. Bold proves my point; you're just falsifying the truth to support a fruitless argument. Anyone who knows the canon capabilities and mindsets of each character know that Batman wouldn't stand a chance if Superman stopped holding back. I've listed all but one canon encounter between Superman and Batman, and I didn't want to list that one because it ended with a kryptonite clad Batman being unable to beat a once again reluctant Superman.

Yeah, Batman is really cool and strong considering his physiology but be real, he can't beat superheroes that sneeze solar systems into nothingness. And because Batty is so intelligent, he knows and has openly admitted it on more than one occasion. If you like him as much as I do, wise up and stop besmirching his character.

I think you're the one confused about çanon, the only way to write a comic about batman or superman is to have direct approval from DC or face lawsuits, if DC lets you write about them, its canon

No, you're confused.

DC has a specific canon universe called DCU; only what happens in here is DC canon. Anything else falls into Elseworlds, this includes the stories you mentioned. They are there for good reason, as they often don't meet the standards of legitimacy. In Elseworlds, writers like Frank Miller can publish whatever ridiculous anti-Superman stuff he wants, because it needn't be realistic according to canon abilities and happenings because they're just using DC Comics publishing facilities, not access to their material or a link to DCU.

Elseworlds used to be called "Imaginary Stories".

Wrong, Justice League #40 confirmed that every single story written about DC is part of one mega-continuty, meaning everything is canon. Here's the link for ya...

What you just said is the equivalent of saying all the naruto novels, movies, filler, and video games are canon.

Also, dc didn't make every elseworld story canon. When the new 52 started everything before it became non canon, but they kept some things, now everything before the new 52 happened is canon again. What used to be canon is now canon again, elseworld stories are still elseworld stories. here's the interview with Geoff Johns himself the Chief Creative Officer at DC Comics:

Nope, you're still wrong. You clearly have no idea what you're talking about, and I'd bet you never even knew that DCU and Elseworlds were two separate things until I mentioned it.

When they say everything in the DC, they mean DC's own continuity; Pre-Crisis, Infinite Crisis, Post-Crisis and New 52. The former three were set aside until that decision was made to re-include them. If they're marked Elseworlds, they do not belong to the DCU continuity and are therefore not canon.

Stop clutching non-existent straws, and stop comparing a human to a planet-solar system-universe level character. It doesn't do Batty any favours.

The Golden Age Superman since he was a ****! Same for the Original Batman that wielded guns.
