Nagato loses. He used to be the most powerful character in the series until the ridiculous power creep which made the final arcs garbage and ruined the story.

Madara wins low difficulty. His PS already blocked a TBB from full Kurama seemingly effortlessly. CST is no where near that level of power and even if it was, it still wouldn't be enough. All of Nagato's other jutsus are a joke in comparison. Preta path is useless against the shockwaves created by PS. Even if Nagato can guard against a PS slash with CST, he loses his Deva powers allowing Madara to finish him off. Nagato isn't dodging PS considering how Sasuke was able to tag Juubito who is far superior to Nagato in flight speed and reactions. CT would get obliterated as it comes out and if it gathers up, multiple PS slashes would destroy it.

Loses Deva powers? And since when was TTB equivalent to CST? I'm not understanding the comparison/relevance between the technquies themselves. Blocking/deflecting TTB....ok...CST is used for a completely different purpose. And yes, I'm aware it'll be destroyed, but it's about being strategic and possibly creating openings.
