Wtf my grandma died when I was 4 and I still have a ****... Just imagine if it were my dad and i actually had interactions with him and then if I was older .. Like wtf 8 is not too young, that's more than enough time to bond and grow attachments to somebody, residually your parent

Depends. But I'd say Naruto because he lost his godfather and the fact that he was hated for something he had no choice over. Sasuke at least had love but he caused Konoha hella problems with his actions when he gained MS.

Shouldn't you relate more with Sasuke then? Naurto Never knew his parents at all. They died the day he was born.

OT: Comparing Sasuke's pain to Naruto's Pain is really pointless. Their pains were different but neither's is more valid than the others.

Sasuke got to know and love his parents and thus loosing them and clan caused him pain.

Naruto never knew his parents but because of what they placed inside him (Kurama) he has been a social outcast and kept at a distance most of his childhood.

At least people of the village had empathy for Sasuke's plight and admired him because of his blood. Whereas Naruto was shunned from birth. Most cases like these we hear about in the news all the time. They usually end with a kid like Naruto shooting up their class and killing many.

Sasuke's pain caused him to shut himself off from the world and thus was a self inflicted trauma. Both are equally great. They are just different pains. No more no less

I don't agree 100% with you,only some childrens are like that...
I got traumatized when i was young and it's becuase my father got arrested by the police and i always followed my mother,i never left her alone and i wanted to die if something happened to her...
It happened when i was 3 to be honest...

The reason why he was in jail for a few years was becuase we had to run from Kosovo and the police catched us,becuase Serbia and Kosovo had big problems and my father got arrested...
Actually i was born in Germany but they tried later to run away from Germany and that's it.
Edit:They broke the law,why?Serbia wanted to return my father only...actually they had no rights to do it cause lots of problems happened between Kosovo and Serbia (no racism here)...
I can understand Sasuke lol,as a kid when i was 3 or 4(if my mother wanted to go to bathroom i wanted to follow her,and she had to scream at me and i was running away crying)

good answer. pain is subjective & most don't cope or process it the same way. another speculation thread.

Edit: It would be better to ask who suffered the most pain between sasuke and itachi. since they are in the same family and they DO process pain the same way. pain/hatred = more power

Naruto obviously. He didn't even know his parents. And he suffered in his life just because of presence of kyuubi in him which was sealed in him which cost his parents life in the way of saving people. But he faced hard time from the villagers due to that.

After sometime he met with someone who admires him, jiraiya. But then he suffered from the pain of jiraiya's death. He even shouldered his friend,sasuke, pain too.

At least konoha people didn't hate sasuke in academy. While naruto always tortured by his teammates and konoha people. He lived a lonely life.
