Naruto's mom is the previous owner of the 9 tails? I don't get it. The 9 tails attacked the village and Minato sealed it into Naruto who was a baby right? How did the 9 tails got loose? Did Madara somehow capture Naruto's mom and extracted the kyuubi out and thats how she dies? Then Minato sealed it into Naruto and thats why Madara is after Naruto? What are your opinions?

If the fox was extracted from Kushina, then she shouldn't be appearing in Naruto's mind like Minato did. I guess she was being controlled through Madara's EMS or something and transformed, Minato defeated the Fox and Madara and the fox was extracted in Konoha and quickly sealed in Naruto alongside some of Minato's chakra and Kushina's chakra. The only way i can see it happening if Kushina is appearing in Naruto's Mind.
