Kotaro stands before the opponent and just by his appearance he knew that this was gonna be an interesting match. He was intrigued enough to even introduce himself before he reached for and tossed 4 shuriken toward his opponent just to gauge the opponent's strength.

I am Akuma.. The three simple words echoing to the back of his mind, Akuma observes the hostile shurikens as he performs the RAM hand seal and gains control on the air currents, creating a tornado like structure of raging winds that he releases at the man before him. The tornado of wind does its job well, intercepting the shuriken and instantly returning it with huge intrest. As the tornado is released from the control of Akuma, he sets himself in a standard sumo position, both knees outward and horizontal with each other while gathering fire chakra in his palms to fire 3 shots at the tornado wall, exploding upon contact and igniting the entire structure.

noticing the fire increasing with the wind, Kotaro molds water chakra in his lungs before spewing water from his mouth before forming as an wall successfully dousing the massive flames that were closing in. With the flames and the water clash it creates a thick screen of steam which covers the entire battlefield.

The heavy steam disturbing the vision between Akuma and his opponent, he somehow feels himself sinking to the ground without any earth movement or presence of mud. Almost instantly, he also notices several butterflies flying around out of nowhere that confirms his theory of a genjutsu. Performing a single Snake handseal, Akuma uses his water specialty to quickly release a massive wave of water towards the ground, that carries him forward and lifts him up away from the paper bombs. Considering the fact that he didn't know they were bombs, Akuma continues to ride the massive wave that travels high speed towards his opponent which would collide with his opponent mid-way and possibly knock him back. Given the scenario neither of them could initially track their opponent visually due to the mist and the use of bursting speed instantly by Akuma's opponent it would be near impossible for the collision to not happen. As the wave knocks back his opponent, Akuma, while still standing on water is short-range to his opponent. Without the requirement of a single handseal, he manipulates the water beneath his dazed opponent to transform into four sharks that attack the man from various angles carrying him upwards as Akuma dashes towards his opponent already initiating an upward spinning kick that takes the form of a dragon with whiskers that consumes his opponent almost instantly due to the range and causes severe damage.

Forming into a dragon with long whiskers, it attacks the target aiming to swallow them, at which point they are cut by the razor sharp air currents inside the attack. After initiating the attack, the user appears to remain shielded within the base of the tornado as the outward surface of the dragon seems to be solid enough for a person to impact and rebound off of, making the only way to enter the technique once it has been initiated is by being swallowed. Seeing the opponent riding a large wave that's closing in on Kotaro in reply he weave a single handseal while molding wind chakra before slamming his stomach allowing him to spew a giant bullet of wind toward the wave destroying it and continuing to the opponent.

To finish off the opponent Kotaro sent lightning chakra to the clouds above before it strikes the opponent and ends the battle.
