That's something we will never know.
You use the DB but that's not so reliable.

Her prime could be that after she left the village and started to develop the Yin seal.

We actually do know.

When Tsunade revealed or debuted Yin Seal: Release, Orochimaru noted that it was a new Jutsu.

We also know that the day Tsunade left the Village was the same time she stopped practicing medicine.

Also, you can't fault me or my logic because I'm presenting it from a creditable realted source but further Sakura surpassed Tsunade so this disagreement is minuscule.

What is the point of this thread? To disparage Tsunade, or lift up Sakura? Because it's not doing either very well.

If OP is referring to manga "quoted". No one can denied War Arc Sakura is stronger than Prime Tsunade.

But if general fictional term of "Prime". War Arc Tsunade is stronger than War Arc Sakura by feats just Tsunade never punch a ground once and later need to be saved:lol

Nope, I know Sakura surpassed Tsunade at some point, maybe even the war, but Tsunade's prime wasn't in the second ninja world war.

Also, I'm not Shaz's alt, I can actually tolerate Sakura and defended her during Gaiden (mainly out of boredom however), so don't associate me with that guy.

Nah, Tsunade executed regeneration that was capable of regrowing or recreating tissues and ligaments on a cellular level and that ability extends to Sakura as well. His healing feat doesn't equal up to any of Tsunades.. Point of thread: Sakura was more advance as a 17 year old then Tsunade was in her prime based on the possession of the Yin Seal.

I'm not totally in disagreement but War Arc Sakura/Tsunade don't have a signicant gap in power or ability.

Tsunade has a leg up on Sakura due to experience of course but Sakura absolutely preformed on par and stepped in Tsunades place when necessary.

At the same time, Tsunade had to spend years and decades amassing the knowledge and jutsu, she passed on to Sakura. Tsunade is original/pioneer of many things that define Sakura. Sakura has nothing unique to herself. The same logic applies to Naruto mastering rasengan in 3 weeks, while it took Minato 3 years (during a war I might add) to study the tailed beast bomb, create a jutsu, and execute said jutsu.

But Kabuto was beating Tsunade and Shizune's asses single handily. Two jonins with combat medical ninjutsu getting showed up by another medical ninja. Doesn't bode well to prime Tsunade's feats.
