Iruka was nice to Naruto, too. Maybe he and Teuchi are relatives. Teuchi Umino? The Third Hokage didn't dislike Naruto. Teuchi Sarutobi? Don't forget Hinata never hated Naruto, either. Teuchi Hyuga?

Maybe they're all secretly related by niceness, to a special, secret clan that time has forgotten, with an ancient prophetic goal, a sacred quest given by the Sage of Six Paths himself, to be nice to Ashura and his transmigrants, because Hagoromo realized that his son is introverted and has a hard time making friends.

Through the power of niceness, the last of Ashura's transmigrants would save the world from rudeness and poor manners, and the Nice Queen, hand-picked by fate, was destined to marry this brave transmigrant hero, "mingle their chakra"

Teuchi is 6 years older than Minato though. Perhaps he was just a ramen owner in his prime and Minato often ate there. Besides, if Teuchi lost his wife in the Kyuubi attack, he'd hate Naruto too I guess.
