Sasuke got rikudou chakra while Naruto has rikudou senjutsu.

-Sasuke was born a full UChiha who were noted to have a powerful form of chakra.

Yes but shadow clones take ridiculous amount of chakra. Not to mention he literally makes hundreds of them. I like Naruto more than sasuke but I like them both. Sasukes abilities are awesome but Naruto still just as strong as sasuke is in every way. But as far as chakra goes Naruto has him beat. Just like sasuke has Naruto beat in element uses.

so just because Naruto is proficient with shadow clones he has the most chakra? The person with the most chakra at base without rikudou enhancements was Kisame who never used shadow clones.

Some of the people here have more valid points then other.but if you put Sasuke and naruto on paper you will definitely see the difference naruto had way more help then Sasuke did.but you have to account for Itachi eyes to =ems hence it was a power boost.

Manga Fact Uzumaki have more chakra than anybody else and they don’t have to have Tailed Beast in them as explain by Kushina. Uzumaki are call the Clan of longevity sines they out live everybody else. That is the reason that only Uzumaki can carry Kurama inside them without modifications like Madara and Obito had done to their bodies.

Kisame didn't fuse with Samehada which his is true power. Not to mention 1000 great white sharks and flooding an area with water is his specialty. HAshirama had so much more power avyailable beside Wood Golem and Naruto has nothing like that... I disagree with the karin part she can definetly spam shadow clones if she became proficient with the tech as naruto. She most certainly has the stamina and shes not a fighter. I can vouch for Tsunades stamina and it most certainly isn't lower than early part 2 naruto. The db is inconsistent and the 3rd one doesn't take into account war arc feats.

In order to gain rinnegan u need to get six paths chakra. Rinnegan is a direct result of that.

Hashirama had sage mode and so do naruto and he got the toad he can use in base

Have u forgotton when Neji and Naruto fought in the chunnin exams before naruto used kurama's chakra Naeji saw Naruto's chakra and said it to be unlimited and that same Neji after they have grown up in Naruto shipudden before Nehi had seen Naruto again after like 2 years he saw kisame and compared kisame's chakra which he termed unlimited chakra with Narutos, by this fact it means that naruto chakra is superior to kisame

And also naruto daily justu of shadow clone is a justu that divides the users chakra into the number of shadow clone being produced and naruto can make 1000 clones without even feeling the effect which was mentioned by kakashi stating "shadow clone is a justu that divides the persons chakra to the number of shadow clones produced because they are real that is why its different from clone no justu because they are more like illusion but Naruto with his emmense chakra can produce many shadow clones"

And Rasengan is also a justu which involves chakra which is more effective than chidori

Everyday of Naruto's base live before he knew Sage Mode he was using chakra involving justus that could kill a ninja if used too much..he could go from 1 to 1000 dividing his chakra into 1000 ways and still use rasengan involving chakra many times in a day and still stand strong and energetic as if nothing happened

Most likely, "Base" Sasuke has more Chakra than "Base" Naruto. Sasuke has received numerous sources of chakra boosts (Itachi's MS, Hagoromo's chakra) that permanently increased his power as he upgraded his eyes. That chakra is always within him, regardless of whether or not he actually activates those eyes. On the other hand, Naruto's power-ups have come through mastering the ability to draw upon other sources of chakra (Sage Mode, Bijuu Mode, etc.). Naturally, Naruto's base chakra has not increased as much as Sasuke's, regardless of who can actually draw upon more chakra at will (hint: it's Naruto via BSM).

However, Sasuke still has less "stamina" than Naruto; Sasuke chakra is linked to his mental energies, whereas Naruto's is primarily linked to his physical energies (or Bijuu chakra). Therefore, all things equal, Naruto regenerates chakra at a faster rate than Sasuke does, even though Sasuke can access a larger amount of total chakra more quickly than Base Naruto can.

In the end, Sasuke cannot win a "Chakra War" against Naruto unless he (Sasuke) has the Bijuu under his control. Naruto simply has far more options when it comes to accessing vast amounts of chakra.

But yes, I would concede that "Base" Sasuke has more chakra than "Base" Naruto, although I'd caution that the term "Base" Sasuke is fairly meaningless; Sasuke's power is not based around increasing his chakra amount, but rather around channeling that chakra through his eyes. But yes, Sasuke has a huge amount of chakra.
