feminists and feminism in general receives a lot of hate and i was wondering if some of you guys only consider some of them as sexist because I've come across many who would stand up for men if needed but then there are these hypocrites which makes me understand why loads of people hate it(I used to be one of them).

If there is some X organization that is ****ed up and there are few who say it should not be like that.
but you only see them saying not all people in X are bad when you are complaining about how bad X organization is

Militant anything should always dismissed (figuratively and literally) as they hold to it with a fanatical fervor and rarely are civil when they get the slightest opposition or even questioning regarding the justification for their stands.
