We shouldn't have to join the police force to make sure that the people we essentially pay with our taxes are doing their jobs correctly.

Why choose specific companies when you can boycott all of them for those holidays? That would be effective too. Thanksgiving isn't a just holiday anyway since most Indians were wiped out so it's thanks taking. And on Christmas we should honor Jesus and his life. Also in Jeremiah chapter 10 it says those who deck a tree with silver and gold are following the way of the heathen. What does a tree have to do with Jesus Christ? Nothing. Nether does Santa, who gets everyone's money. We should keep our money in our pockets.

Then why don't you join the police force if you believe thats the right course of action? The laws and system which allow them to shoot and kill unarmed people would still be in place would it not?

Plus it might unarmed might not always be the case and our police forces need to be armed with a lethal weapon other wise armed criminals wether they be white, black, latino or asian dont have a dangerous advantage which could be fatal to many unarmed civilians

Because Christmas and Thanksgiving have become more of holidays that you spend with your family. Also, because normal people like you and me still have to work at those companies and make a living, and not every single company is responsible for these problems.
Christmas should be what you and your family choose to make it about celebrating. Also, historically, that time during December has been used for a variety of celebrations before Christmas.
Leviticus 19:19 also says we shouldn't mix fabrics or plant two different kinds of plants/crops in the same field yet we do that.
Exodus 31:15 also says we shouldn't work on Sunday, yet we do that.
The bible shouldn't be a indicator of what modern life should be like.
How do you know they're armed?
Point still stands that the way things are currently run then the problem will still remain unless we act as a country to change things.
I'm not saying an officer be completly stripped of a gun. There may come a time when he'll have to shoot at a legitimate threat. Its just that the majority of officers aren't Dirty Harry.
What I'm proposing is dash cams for officers, stricter laws regarding brutality since if they're the ones who'll enforce the laws they should be held to a higher standard, a system where they have to radio in or confirm with someone before using their firearm and having to provide a valid reason.

Were all equal, no one should be mad at anyone. Everything is in the past. You can't blame whites for slaves when blacks would sell their family members as slaves to us.

Indeed we must our attitudes toward each other wether it be race or gender we cant keep pointing the finger at each other for faults or the the deep dark past before and during might i add the civil war leave it in the past is what i say you cant change it nor should it effect you but always remember the past for its lessons but never hold a grudge against anyone not part of it nor hold a grudge against the son for the sins of the father

You do realize that slavery was vastly different in Africa then it was in America and that the Africans selling these slaves thought they would become part of a family in America like they did in Africa?
Not mixing fabrics or plants of different kinds is symbolic. One man can't serve two masters. You can't be on brig sides either. It's choose one or the other. If you say don't let the bible be a modern indicator of life then you're saying all Christians shouldn't follow the bible. You can't pick and choose what scriptures that you want to follow. As for the verse about Sunday. I'm not really sure but I'm sure it's also symbolic or something along those lines.

And Martin Luther King Jr. Is the one who wanted to do the boycotts in the first place. We're just fulfilling what he wanted to do. He wanted to redirect the pain. That's what the goal is. Dr. King is the one that proposed we boycott those holidays

I think they are doing something better cameras on the officers thats on their chest near the collar so i think dirty harry will be losing his badge the dash cams though have been in use since 2003

I would read in to the history of the slave trade between Africa and america cause that info is false all of the 1st slaves were sold to the colonists back when Africa was tribal and rival tribes would sell their enemy's to the whites or others for food weapons and gold
Dirty Harry won't give a shit. They kill people on camera already anyway. Next it's gonna be my camera malfunctioned or he grabbed my gun while off camera. They already have an issue with officers turning off their body cams

Theres something called being neutral. The world isn't as black and white as you're trying to make it out to be. The bible was written and revised over hundreds of years ago and is based on desert fairy tales.If someone rewrote the bible to try and **** it up, why would you still read it knowing its been tampered with?Of course you shouldn't be taking the bible to heart. If you can pull some deeper, inspiring message from it, thats fine.
It doesn't change the fact the bible is the holy scripture of Christians but yet theres these messages and followings which we're not following in the year 2015.
If I'm correct, in the bible a man was killed for working on Sunday. Where are the people being killed for working on Sundays if we're not picking and choosing what scriptures we follow?
Rosa Parks boycotted a definitive and specific target. You want to boycott pretty much everyone.
