noun
a sign or piece of information that indicates something.
And there's no sign or piece of information that indicated the speed of Amaterasu can be controlled.
Not that it matters because I conceded that Amaterasu isn't a projectile.
-Understands (I hope) that spawning it directly on Sasuke would be stupid.
-Understands Itachi's purpose was to weaken Sasuke completely so he could be freed of Orochimaru.
-Sees how Amaterasu traveled in that chapter.
-Still claims there's no indication.
Not necessarily. Amaterasu spawning on Sasuke isn't stupid when taking into consideration that Itachi knew that Sasuke had Orochimaru's abilities meaning that he had already intended on Sasuke to use Oral Rebirth to consume a lot of chakra and it's certainly been implied that Itachi's ability to predict events in advance and react accordingly is superb. Amaterasu usage on Sasuke still would've played in perfectly with Itachi's intentions of weakening Sasuke.
The possibilty of Itachi's lack of focus on Sasuke could've stemmed from Itachi's vision's deterioration as Kakashi's ability to focus on Juubidara's Gudodama also diminished when his vision was deteriorating.
I don't even know why I replied to your post in the first place. Forget how dumb ya'll get when Itachi is being discussed. :lol
I don't know why either because I already conceded.

-assumes Itachi must be looking at Sasuke even though not focusing directly on him the whole time is just as possible.
Your proof
Way to dumb things down and put words in my mouth. My point was that Itachi's vision was directed at Sasuke as the panels indicated it. There was no indication that his focus was shifted away from Sasuke for even a moment. I already explained why a possiblity of why Amaterasu didn't spawn on Sasuke as easy as it should have is because of Itachi's vision deteriorating.
