Very good once again, but you forgot to tell me how you would counter the jutsu. Though seeing as it is only minor, i'll tell you. The easy way would be to use any wind jutsu and simply overpower it. However, other methods could include escaping underground, though there really wouldn't need to be a reason to do that. You could use a jutsu to launch yourself above the jutsu and launch an aerial assault. There are many ways.OK,I guess. Madrigal doing the same thing before, generates lightning by increasing the high frequency vibrations of his chakra at the maximum that he could also maintain in his body.Madrigal manipulates his chakra by sending his lightning stimulate through his nervous system going to his right palm. He then uses his nature manipulation to turn it into actual lighting and releases it by swinging his arm from left to right making a wave of lighting going to the toad.
Advantages:Same thing as before,it paralysis and all other similar side affects lightning jutsu will cause.Makes your enemy to back away from you. Or to give you space. It's an attack that doesn't land on the ground but goes through the air.
Disadvantages:This technique is one of the lowest rank so it kill the opponent, but paralyses and it can hurt.
In Battle:It's an offensive type. It's range is short-mid.You can use this technique when your opponent is in the air.
Now that is all the D rank jutsu. So what I would like you to do now is select the last two jutsu we learnt and make them the basis of a move. Basically, give me a move you would use in a fight that uses one of them and then give me another move you would use using the other one. Use other elements/training you have learnt as well.
Here is a tip; don't use any of there lightning jutsu as your first move. Simply because they all come from head on and will be simply overpowered. A good opening move is one where the first jutsu can't simply be overpowered and sent back towards you.
