ok well simply make a shadow clone with lightning chakra infused in it so it is a lightning clone

then have it go over and attack the dummy over there (who can somehow move ect...) then have it disperse and shock the clone with the lightning

*Holds the handsign to make a shadow clone and as I'm about to make a shadow clone, I emit lightning chakra and distribute it into the clone in which I made*

*The clone then rushes towards the dummy and I immediately disperse the clone in which lightning immediately begins surges out*

make the handsigns and put one hand down and one hand on the arm that is down

the focus your lightning chakra into your palm until then sound of 1000 birds chirping is heard

once down rush towards the clone and when the moment is right jab at the clone with your chidori

so focus your lightning chakra creating a lightning current in the air around (or through someting ect...) thus shocking him (in other words chidori nagashi)

i honestly cant be sure you understand the jutsu (this is an exception since nagashi is a jutsu used often in the manga)

ok use chidori but reshape it into tons of chidori needles and send them at the dummy
