The cold climate was rather a favor of the young female as she drifted through the open town. The streets where empty, god knows what time it was to her in her mind. She was aimlessly walking around opening to find her captain but sadly Tashigi wasn’t exactly the brightest when it came to keeping track of her duties. The snow gently bounced and got caught into her coat as it slowly rained down. She looked across the street when she saw a cloaked figure not too far away. She closed her eyes tightly, hoping to catch a glimpse of the cloaked figure but the snow was quite dense.
Who the heck would be out this late at night?
She softly as she approached the man stopping at mid-range when her eyes caught glimpse of the coat he was wearing. The red clouds…the Akatsuki?! She was now on high alert when she realized who it was. She without a moment to think channeled her ice chakra around the enemy, causing the moisture to freeze and form into a mass amount of ice needles. She then controlled the needles to zip in and strike the man.

She said slightly afraid of the man, drawing her sword from her right hip. She slid her left foot forward, leaving her right one firmly supporting from behind. Her hands were slightly trembling from the aura this man carried. She wasn’t going to run, but she wasn’t going down without a fight either.

As Nagato approaches he decides not to say anything, why should he explain himself to this insect when he was a god? He walks forwards when the ice needles are shot at him. He raises his arm holding out the palm of his hand as he activates his deva path pulling up a rock that blocks the ice for him then, using his gravity jutsu he shoots it forwards into the Ninja. He didn't come to fight but he didn't take kindly to being abruptly attacked. He kept walking forwards as he released the bolder forwards.
For that, you shall know pain...

Tashigi was astonished by the man’s abilities but she wasn’t done yet. She looked quietly as he pulled the snow covered rock and somehow blocked her ice needles but she wasn’t scared…not a lot however. As her gazed is shifted towards the rock coming towards her, she channeled her ice chakra into the ground while making a single hand seal and using it, she manipulates it to form into a giant wall of solid ice. The ice was made short range of her as it collides with the rock, while she moved towards her right side flanking from his left side Tashigi swung her sword in a horizontal path.
This would cause a red crescent shaped blade of chakra to form and head straight towards the cloaked figure. She maintained her distance at mid-range but she wasn’t done. She simply bite her teeth into her snow glove, cause the blood to run down onto the palm of her hand as she prepared for her next attack. She hesitated from speaking towards the criminal but she had no choice.
I don’t what you mean by “pain” but right now, your under arrest in the name of Kirigakure Marine Forces!
She snared back at the man. She can at least confirm his gender but something isn’t clicking. His red hair is slightly showing and so far he is using some sort of earth release technique. Tashigi analyzed from her distance but she simply stayed away for the time being. She can feel the blood waiting but she has to wait and see what she will do next.
As Nagato ran forwards he sees his rock smash onto the Ice wall as the ninja runs out to the right. With another hand motion Nagato pulls up more rubble around him as a defence, the rocks block the crimson wave as he sends more rocks with the same jutsu to smash into the Ninja as she ran. Kind o pathetic, trying run away from him, he could draw her in at any point if he wanted to but it was about time he had some fun, maybe he should get arrested for a free ride to the village.

Description: Using their manipulation of gravitational forces, the user is able to gather nearby debris present in the battlefield (anything will do as long as its tangible), concentrate them into small "clumps" and begin floating them around in mid air, short range around themselves, creating a defensive belt of debris. The user can then use these debris as projectiles to attack the enemy by commanding them thorugh hand gestures and throwing them at the target.
Note: Can only be used by Rinnegan biographies with the (Tendō) - Deva Path active.
Note: Depending on the characteristics of the debris, the technique can be used to defend to up to A-Rank techniques and can be regenerated by using the technique again to add more debris, returning it to its original strength.

Was he toying with her? Tashigi observed as she saw the man created the spiral belt of rock around him, blocking her attack. She was shocked and can see this is some type of earth technique but using the blood on her palm; she makes the needed hand seals and slammed her palm on the ground summoning forth two Cougar Twins Solis and Luna. Just around this time, the man would release the second wave of attack as he sent the same debris flying towars Tashigi and her summons. Luna taking chakra of the assault channeled her earth chakra into the ground causing it to rise roughly 50 meters high. The debris would then clash with the base of the earth.
Tashigi in the meantime ran off the back of the raised earth while Solis and Luna pounce directly from the respected sides of the earth. Tashigi again flanks from the man’s right side as Luna and Soli slowly walked towards the man. We each maintain a distance capping at mid-range as we all waited for him to move.
Your surrounded now, don’t resist arrest!
Tashigi said slightly shocked at what she was seeing. She heard rumors about what happened in Konoha, a man with similar abilities to his, but does the profile match this man? Only if she can see his eyes, she would know for sure.
Nagato looked around at the 3 of them trying to flank him from mid range it was kind of funny. What did they think they could do to him. He figured, let them bring the fight to him. He stands judging the distance and how they could attack he does one thing to make himself at home, with a couple of handseals makes it rain.
Let the tears of heaven clense your soul before i introduce you to hell...
The rain pours but B rank rocks still float around him he can control for defence.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

The man remained idle in his distance, when he made a hand seal. The weather changed as the rain rain started to come down from above. This wasn’t ordinary water, chakra rain huh? Tashigi was aware of what the technique can do due to her mastery of water release. She wasn’t too upset, but she must remains aware of what’s happening. She then makes a single hand seal and using her chakra she channels it into the brain of the man, causing him to fall under and illusion. As this happens, the man would see some ravishing looking flower appear infront of him but as they formed , they release a toxin into his mouth causing him to become paralyzed but also wrapping around his body. This plants kept him in place as Tashigi made a quick set of hand seals, causing the same technique to occur. This allows her to keep track of her enemies movements now as well as the location of techniques he might try to induce from behind her.
Once done, she commanded Luna to attack, to which the Cougar did without hesitation. Luna moving towards him directly pounced towards the man, and using the massive jump didn’t actual attack him. She bit off the cloak and revealing the face of the man. It was him…the leader of the Akatsuki. Tashigi moved back as she was stunned at who it was. Luna and Soli can tell that she was scared but they remained loyal and waited orders from her.

She said softly as she gripped her sword and waited for him to reply or break her illusion.
As Nagato is bound in the illusion, his first reaction is to absorb the attack as he doesn't know what it is. But his rain touches where the plants would be and there is nothing there, but to be safe he activates his absorbtion path ready just in case, this releases chakra through his entire body breaking out of the illusion before it takes full effect.
Just as i though...
As he says this he sees you doing the same handseals as him trying to create the rain. He can't have this. So with the extra limb he grew earlier he shoots out 3 rockets, one at each of your summons and one at you that blows up before you finish the rain:

Description: The user will activate the Asura Path which grants him the ability to create mechanised armor, augmenting their body with extra limbs and various robotic weaponry. It allows, for example, the user to create up to 6 extra arms which can be used in a variety of ways, such as grabbing their opponent and using a hidden chakra cannon in on the arms to attack him or perform handseals as the user throws kunais or does a Taijutsu move. It can even be used to help perform certain techniques. He can also alter his own head to manifest additional faces with additional pairs of eyes, all linked together. The possibilities are multiple. He can use this activation to access all of the Asura path abilities.
Note: Can only be used by Rinnegan biographies for the activation of the path and will remain continously activated.
Note: When the user wants to change his body, he must activate this technique each time. This is necessary as well for 6 Paths of Pein bios.

I don’t think path activation is a body surge but Ill go along with it. The TF is Illusion>Preta>Rain Tiger>Asura Path>Missles. The rain would already be formed due to your paths counting as moves.
As the man fires the missiles towards Tashigi and her clones, she uses the moisture of the rain she created and freezing it. As she does this with a single seal, she forms ice mirrors different locations, three being in front of the each summon, one behind her and one above the battle field. She and her summons respond in unison, each one jumping backwards and just as the ice mirrors are formed and stopping them in their tracks, preventing chase from them. Tashigi jumping into the mirror behind her, as her reflection appear in the one she created above the battle field. The mirror having her chakra inside of would chase into it and smash into the mirror but the real Tashigi would appear out of the one she made above the battle field.
Her two summons where on the ground and was about to leave but Luna stomped her foot and caused the ground around Nagato to change into mud. The mud is 10 meters deeps and reaches only short range of its spawn point, only catcing Nagato in the swamp. In the air, still mid-range Tashigi channeled her Ice chakra into the sky above, this would mess with the weather, as the snow began to fall. This mixture of snow and rain caused more snow to fall into the battle zone.
This weather game is over…
She said as her rain and Nagato’s rain is cancelled out by the large amount of snow now falling from the sky. The two summons then leave back to home.

Nagato watches as his missiles hit the mirror rather than his target as he feels her move into the mirror. He was impressed the missile couldn't break the ice but it was only a small matter. He appreciated a challenge and maybe this ninja could give him a bit of a challenge. With his rain he could sense the ninja above him, looking up he sees here standing out of the ice mirror making it snow canceling out his rain.
Clever move... huh... whats this? A swamp from one of those pests... no matter...
As Nagato says this he releases the gravity on his body allowing him to float up away from the swamp at the same level in the sky as his opponent. He decides to take it easy.
So tell me.... what am i under arrest for?
(Shinra no Seigyo) - Heavenly Subjugation of Control

Description: This Technique is the ability to control and manipulate gravitational forces afflicting the user. It allows the user to manipulate it to the degree that they can float into the air but manage to retain a level of control that doesnt cause them to fall to the floor from the pull of the gravity or being sent into the sky from the removal of the gravity pull. This technique however only allows the user to move in a single direction and doesn't travel at fast speeds.
Note: Can only be used with Rinnegan bios with the (Tendō) - Deva Path active.

Tashigi watched her enemy in the eyes, they were indeed purple. She heard about this man before but she never thought to think he would be here in front of her. She smirks with a smile on her face, and with that she smiled and was delight to answer his question. She said pointing her sword directly towards him and saying.
You’re an international criminal, and therefore must pay for crimes. You murdered the Sannin Jiraiya, attacked the Hidden Leaf and had one of your men kidnap lord Yagura. Your actions are unneeded and unjustified, ill show you “PA…”
She said trying to move long her ice but Tashigi the clumsy swordsman tripped, but she uses this to her advantage, as she created twelve mirrors surrounding Nagato . She dashed from the mirror she retreated into and towards the ground, she channeled her chakra into them instantly causing the mirrors to explode and destroying the man inside them.
If he somehow managed to survive, she will know but in the mean time she began to gather her ice chakra again but into the snow waiting to see if she needs to respond.
Target eliminated.
She said to herself as she waited on the ground for some kind of attack just in case.

With his sharingan like perception, Nagato reads your movements and watches as you create the mirrors around him. He'd seen this many times before having fought Haku Yuki in the past but this was no big deal. He finds it amusing that you want to arrest him knowing what he's done, you must obviously know his power and still be coming at him like this. What a foolish errand. He reads your motions as you dash to the floor as the mirrors explode. To you it looks like he's caught in the blast your vision blocked by the smoke ect, but really he released his Shinra tensei around him at the last second in a sphere pushing back the entire blast going unharmed once again from you blast. He hold up this jutsu the smoke clears as you see him unharmed in the air and he sees you on the ground after your attack. He then releases his shinra tensei field.

Description:
Using the Deva Paths abilities to manipulate gravitational forces, the user will repulse and push away anything around him up to a given range, in all directions, producing an omni-repulsion effect. The force and repulsive effect is absolute, affecting both energy and matter alike. The technique itself can be used with different ranges/sizes, depending on how much chakra the user spends for the technique and can even, in its smaller form, be sustained, forming a static defensive field instead of a wave-like effect.
Shōkibo - Small Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to short range. The offensive power in this size is not that high as it hits opponents but can still do severe damage. It isn't, however, fatal, boasting a physical 40 damage. If the user focuses this ability with the help of his hands he can sustain a defensive absolute repulsive field around him. He can't, however, do any technique while he is sustaining it and he can only sustain it for 2 turns. Once used, takes one turn cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.
Chūkibo - Medium Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to mid range. The offensive power in this size is severe, sending opponents flying backwards with enough force to, if not defended properly, leave near fatal physical damage. Although not directly fatal, the technique boasts a physical damage of 80. If the user focuses this ability through one or both hands, he can push away a specific target or technique alone, instead of producing the normal omni-repulsive wave. Once used, takes 2 turns cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.
Ōkibo - Large Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to long range. The offensive power of the technique is devastating and anything in its path that doesn't manage to defend properly is left obliterated. Its fatal if unguarded, boasting a physical damage of 160. Using this techniques poses a great deal of danger to the user as he damages his chakra pathway itself to be able to mold sufficient chakra to perform it. Once used, the user loses the use any gravitational related techniques for the remainder of the fight and is unable to mold chakra for techniques above A-Rank for 5 turns.
Note: the technique is immune to normal Elemental Weaknesses and Strengths and as such can't be blocked or stopped. However, the enemies can still use techniques that prevent or reduce physical damage to their bodies to survive its effects or escape its range through a fast enough technique. This means that in the large scale, while the technique can't be stopped or directly countered, enemies can still manage to survive if the logically counter.
