How to add images fom ur computer

I just dont know how to add images from my computer into NB can somebody help???

btw: I tryed imageshack and its link doesnt show up as a picture! example:

well, first you have to make a photo album, which you can got to on your profile and make one or got to user computer. then down at the bottom after you make a photo album it should say Upload Picture. and you can upload three at time. if you need more help you can visitor message me and i shall help. ^.^

As for your imageshack link ->

On the right hand side you see a bar called 'Links to share this image'
Under that you copy the 'direct' link :

Then you place that direct link in between the
