A homophobe?
The point is - which group is there more virtue in defending? Blacks, or homosexuals?
In this case, we had women versus homosexuals.
This is, of course, why liberals always eat their own. Some believe there is more virtue in homosexuals, others believe there is more virtue in blacks. Those two will ultimately come to blows with each other, because they both feel the 'liberation' of that demographic to be superior to any other concept.
Such as law.
Which is why Mao exterminated 73 million people who just didn't get with the program.
Probably the 17 yrs old daughter tell me that shes pregnant, though both choices suck so bad that its hard to choose but somehow I think I'd be able to deal easier with her telling me she is actually pregnant.

How is killing a fetus a problem tho? It isn't even conciously aware of being "alive" and it is not even close to being a grown baby.
But killing an animal with full awarness of his suroundings and behavior is not bad is suppose?

My gut reaction is I'd prefer the pregnant daughter. Come back when I actually have a 17 year old daughter and son, and I'd almost certainly prefer my son be Gay.
The difference is, homophobe or not, nearly all men would rue the day their son came out. Fathers naturally want their son to be strong and masculine, because they hope their son will be like them. The adopted son of a gay couple would, of course, be accepted far easier. Its really a simple way of thinking, but it doesn't mean you're a homophobe.
As for the Daughter, all fathers are going to be protective of her and skeptical of most boyfriends she brings home. Seventeen is clearly too young to start a family for most girls, so almost all fathers would be quite mad over such a young pregnancy. I think given a night to sleep on it, most fathers would be able to accept the son's sexuality, but most would still be angry at the daughter.

You should speak for yourself. It's wrong to say "most men" want that, I know lots of males who don't care, including myself. Being gay also doesn't mean your kid won't be masculine or manly, and quite frankly, he doesn't need to be. That's such a superficial thing to care about.

Implying there's something wrong with raising a girl or being a little girl in comparison to raising a boy or being a little boy?
I'd raise my kid to be a decent person and make reasonable decisions. If my kid prefers acting or doing things associated with the opposite gender, that's fine with me, as long as they're happy, safe and efficient in life, then I've done my job right.
