So I don't get why Obito as a Juubi Jinchuriki couldn't use Kamui. I am thinking because it took a lot of chakra to control the Juubi's power within him, hence all the inner tensions that he was having. But why couldn't Obito use Kamui as a JJ but Madara was easily able to perform this feat.

Nah, he used the same "Coffin Seal" as Madara; if Obito had used Kamui, I'm sure Kakashi would have noticed the giant Juubi appearing (and we've never seen chakra sealed by Kamui also grant the user chakra).

The real answer is, of course, plot (Madara was able to use Obito's Kamui as a Juubi Jin...). However, another reason could be that Obito's chakra was too large to send "parts" of himself to other dimensions.

He honestly could have used Kamui Snipe but first unlike Madara his chakra pool wasn't high enough as Madara's was because of him being a transmigrant to control the Juubi. I believe Kamui would be really haxx which is why it was nerfed. Best defense.

Being a juubi jin alone puts his chakra pool to the highest level.

Juubito could use kamui snipe or kamui is whole body to the other dimension.

Think about it; he's got a giant mass sealed inside him that's permanently linked to his own body. If he could phase, then it's possible that the Juubi would be exposed. Either that or the sheer mass is so much that it's too much to carry over.

nope,it was becuase of plot...
Obito with Kamui would've killed everybody.
Obito alone was beast(he was able to use TBB(4 at once)and that required more concentration.
He had good chakra control.
