Next issue is always wrong. Spoilers should arrive by the 5-6 of October, and then the translated chapters comes around after a couple of days.

The chapter is leaked and translated about 3 weeks before the actual release in Japan. So when the manga says continued until November, its talking about the official release. The official release is roughly the first week of the month while its leaked about 3 weeks early.

As you can see, this new chapter says December is the next release. That will be out around the second week of November, around the 10th.
