Him not being exhausted doesn't change the fact he was low on chakra, which affects physical abilities as shown by Kaguya. End of story. :lol You can stop debating against Manga Fact now.

They were also stated to be superior to Kaguya as a whole. The mere fact that Sasuke and Naruto were able to defeat Momoshiki, subsequent to assimilating Kinshiki, with pure taijutsu shows that they are now superior to even Madara Uchiha in his jinchuuriki form.
