If Kusanagi cant pierce V2 Kn4, How Tf Adult full bsm get pierce by a normal sword???

Has his new cloak ever been shown to have defensive properties? I don't think so. Otherwise, it's inconsistency.

But remember, his newer cloaks are formed differently and have been repurposed. Like how his old cloaks appeared to heal him but really didn't. Maybe his new cloak isn't made for defense.

Or a more likely theory is that rsm (if that's what he was using when stabbed) doesn't have defense. Since it's actually not kuramas chakra in rsm we can expect it to function differently.

Would also explain why vote2 sasukes chicories was able to blast him, because the defense for rsm isn't as strong, or at least not against physical attacks.

His new cloak was made becuase he had different clothes or something...

I think the Cloak's defense and offense power depends on the user's will. If Naruto know's an attack is incoming, then the cloak will react accordingly and block the attack.

But in above case Naruto never expected Sasuke's sword to stab him + His initial shocked expression confirms this. Since he never expected an attack, the cloak did not react and was bypassed easily.

Also since this is Sasuke's sword and the way he used it in the movie with a black aura shows that it's a special sword with much better cutting power to keep up with Sasuke's skills.

That wouldn't work though, the sword itself wasn't malevolent. Shin manipulated it towards him, so any negative emotions he would feel would come from Shin, not the sword.

It was a very diluted form of RSM (Because of only Kuruma's chakra) just like how Sasuke's Rinnegan was, so it would not help. Plus, does Evil Sensing work on plain objects and simple seals ? I don't think so (Now Gedo Mazou might be, but it had the Bijuus's chakra). What hints to this is that Naruto was not able to sense the seal the moment Sasuke entered his cloak.
