That there is called chakra paper. What I want you to do it take the sheets out one by one and channel your chakra into them. Guy pulls one out of his pocket and holds it in front of you. Channeling his chakra into the paper, it quickly wrinkles. I would like you to do this over and over so that you can get a feel for what lightning chakra is. The way it flows through you and how it feels upon entering the paper. As you work your way through the papers, i'd like you to answer the falling in as much detail as you possibly can. Removing a scroll, Guy opens it and lays it out upon the ground in from of you. It reads;

• Strengths and weaknesses of Raiton. – Include how elements and ranks interact with each other in our RP.

When the technique is released from their bodies, and it is not requiring physical contact, it does not move as fast as the real lightning.
---It's strength is that lighting can crash through earth, so when you put a defending wall of earth it will make no use of it because it will crash through your wall.But it only works if the lighting rank of it is higher than the earth ranks, so if you have a level A rank lighting attack and the opponent defense has a rank B or lower than you win that battle.So that means that if have a level B lighting attack and the Defense is lower than your attack is blocked.It could also be strong at wind but yet again it could be weak at it.It's obviously weak against water, but there a way of beating that.If the rank is lower you will still die if the water jutsu isn't coming to you(usually is), so you shoot long ranges attacks to the water guy so you wont get hurt.

However what you missed is the fact that it is also the most dangerous when it comes to penetrative power. The element allows it to cut through most things, like earth. Chidori is an example of the penetrative power some lightning jutsu posses. You are correct about the collaboration jutsu as well. When combined with an element such as water, the two elements can complement each other and create a much more powerful technique, which would require the opponent to adapt and use different methods to attack.

The cool water, running down his throat provided a reminder of how lucky he was. Before he could give water to Garukon, Madrigal already done it. With a small smile, Guy was impressed by the character being shown. Packing everything away, Guy bit his thumb and slammed it onto the ground without warning. In a cloud of smoke, a large neon blue toad is summoned onto the rocky plateau.

This toad is the greatest Lightning user of all the toads at Myobokuzan and can use all lightning techniques up to A rank. Being the greatest Lightning user means that Kogamahi has great knowledge of Lightning jutsu and is unafected by B ranks and below.

Last time! he quickly snaps at Guy. Hmm, let's see here. I assume Guy has run you through the basics? Then what I want you to do is gather a portion of your chakra and have it quickly vibrate at high frequencies within you. The more you concentrate and faster you do this, the more successful your jutsu will be. Once you begin vibrating it, I want you to slowly gather that chakra into your gullet, of hand. Should you gather it in your gullet, quickly exhale while still vibrating the chakra. If you do it with your hand, simply wave your arm in the direction you would like the lightning to go. Once released from either your mouth or hand, you must then use nature manipulation to actually convert the chakra into lightning. Remember what you felt during the chakra paper portion of your training, that feeling will get you through this. Now aim at me, and do as I say in order to shoot some small lightning bolts at me.

The bolts, now perfectly formed and aimed, strike the toad. Though due to his ability, it is merely a tickle. Success!

Now from now on we will continue by doing the following. When we get to a new jutsu, I will explain everything about the jutsu about how it works and everything alike. So you wont need to worry about that. However what I would like you to do is simply provide a brief performance of each jutsu, its advantages and disadvantages and provide a brief description when you would use a jutsu. It is alright to be honest and say it isn't something you would intend on using, but do try provide some interesting scenarios.

In battle:Definitely wouldn't want to use combat with that technique.Unless if you trapped them.Use this technique as a torture technique. It's range is short-mid and it's an offensive."

Moving on then. This next jutsu is basically identical to the very first jutsu that I taught you. So once again attempt to channel lightning chakra into your palm, and release it towards me in the form of a wave of lightning bolts. There really isn't much more to be said about this jutsu other than the 'wave' aspect.

He then uses his nature manipulation to turn it into actual lighting and releases it by swinging his arm from left to right making a wave of lighting going to the toad.
Advantages:Same thing as before,it paralysis and all other similar side affects lightning jutsu will cause.Makes your enemy to back away from you. Or to give you space. It's an attack that doesn't land on the ground but goes through the air.
Disadvantages:This technique is one of the lowest rank so it kill the opponent, but paralyses and it can hurt.
In Battle:It's an offensive type. It's range is short-mid.You can use this technique when your opponent is in the air.
