No. FRS just did superficial damage to him, and that's only because wind > lightining.

Ay III dodged FRS point blank range. That means he can move much faster than Susanoo Arrows and FRS, which means he can move much faster than Kakashi, and will easily shit blitz Kakuzu low difficulty.

1- Naruto is not faster than V2 Ay. He was able to dodge it because it was a straight attack, Naruto had to side step it. His reflexes are >Ay's and his speed is around the same.

2- You are straight ignoring facts that are coming right from the manga itself. The gap between Naruto's clone (lol) and Aylll in speed is big, while Ay4 in v1 was chasing KM Naruto

Terrible logic. With my speed i can dodge any incoming car if i do it in time, i just have to side step it. Does that mean i'm faster than the car? No.

Aylll is agile enough to move from point a to point b, avoiding FRS which was thrown from point C to point A. Then we consider the distance between C and A to be >> The distance between B and A.

Aylll doesn't move faster than susano arrows lol. He just can react to it's speed
