How is any of this relevant to Danzo vs Sasuke? Your question was ''could Sasuke defeat Danzo without Karin's help'', and I said yes, since he canonically did. Karin saving Sasuke's life on a prior occasion is a fact, but completely irrelevant to your initial question.
