I'm not sure if Madara is dodging GSB, it's absolutely enormous. Though if he can, than I agree. CQC is a one sided slaughter in Madara's favor, MS precog with Madara's speed is too much.

Though at this distance I believe Kisame can spit a large enough volume of water to not have to worry about CQC in general, if Madara fires off his giant Katon, GSB absorbs it. I don't see Madara firing off more enormous Katon than Kisame can use his very own abilities, Kisame has a larger chakra pool. Due to this, Madara would die, as the only thing he has to get rid of WD or any large volume of water, or Feeding Sharks, is his larger sized Katons. If he camps inside his Susano'o, he gets swallowed up and drowned, or his chakra construct simply gets eaten by GSB.

GSB is the size of hirudora which can only fit a v3 in its mouth Madara and Obito jumped on the juubi's head.

That Hirudora was smaller than the first one Gai used, I think your underestimating how much chakra Kisame has. Repeated Katons from Maddies KB's just become fuel to Kisame via Samehada.
