Obviously Rinnegan techniques cost more chakra than MS techniques or Chidori. Which is why Sasuke couldn't use his rinnegan & instead resorted to Chidori & Enton Kagutsuchi. The amount of chakra both got wasn't that great considering Naruto was only able to produce a small rasengan.

& Also the rest of your shit about Sasuke taking Naruto's soul when they shake hands is clearly fan fiction. They become BFF's after their fight.

Furthermore, to say you need stronger chakra would be to say Nagato has stronger chakra than Sasuke. And that would be ludicrous.
