Sasuke was still getting used to his Rinnegan at that point. Also, I'm not completely sure he has all the same exact techniques as Nagato.

OT:Yes if Naruto lets sasuke touch him anyway, the logic of most fans is that, Nagato could easily restrain KCM Naruto as an edo (edos are weaker than original) and suppressed emotion (Supressed emotion makes them even weaker), but sasuke who is by FAR superior to Nagato can't? legit. Sasuke can rip his soul out but obviously it won't be that easy just like how Naruto can take sasuke's head off (If sasuke lets him) with unrivaled strength, sasuke can take naruto's soul with human path.

What happens if you did Preta Path to an Edo Tensei? Or somebody who the Shinigami had hold of (minato, hiruzen etc)

Depends on how the soul was ripped out, if the soul is ripped out they may just go to the pure land but there are other ways. if the soul is ripped out by a six paths ability they get fed to the king of hell.

The same plot gave rinnegan to sasuke out of nowhere.his goal was to destroy konoha and take avenge for his brother and clan.he didnt want to save the world.

What happened later? The guy received a fcking rinnegan even when he provide a unsatisfactory answer to hagoromo.hagoromo knew that sasuke would pull out that ashura and Indra fight again but he still gave him the rinnegan because of PLOT.

Naruto didn't use any of his jutsu against sasuke which he used against kaguya but on the other hand, sasuke received the 9 big ass bijuus via asspull plot no jutsu.

Sasuke got a new bijuu PS fight on par with naruto temporarily because of PLOT.

If you are really trying to complain about the plot then start it from the plot area which provide sasuke numerous asspull power-ups which he received out of nowhere whether it was CM or MS or itachi's amaterasu or Rinnegan.
If it wasn't plot, sasuke would be dead against itachi.gotcha?
