like I said, Haki wouldn't make him cough up blood when slammed into the ground. Haki was very clearly stated to not be able to nullify DF powers. The only way being slammed into the ground would cause Luffy to spit up blood with the usage of Haki is if you imbued the ground with Haki.

Teach grabs WB and says he can't make more Quakes.
He actually doesn't grab him, he puts up his vortex. What he says next then can be interpreted two ways, the way you went or he could be saying "you can't make anymore quakes" meaning because he will absorb them all like he did that one. If you look at the pic though you can see Teach's left hand is behind and his right hand is using his DF power, he's not actually touching/holding WB.

Nobody's saying anything about haki nullifying DF's I'm talking about Haki allowing people to bypass Luffy's rubber quality and inflict damage like Garp. Luffy would still bleed from a haki punch. If BB had haki on his hand pushing down on Luffy against the ground that would create pressure on him where he was pressed and could make him spit up blood. It's not an impossible reaction.

Jfc you're reaching further than Luffy can.

Sure. That's exactly what happened in both scenarios.

Does he touch him is all I'm pointing out. Both of the examples aren't exactly as you described them. Teach isn't grabbing WB and stopping him from producing quakes, he's absorbing his quake while saying you can't make anymore quakes. You said it stopped gear 2 at Imple Down but there's still Steam around Luffy in those panels. Why would there be steam if gear 2 isn't still going?

Wrong.
When BB grabbed him, there wasn't steam, after Luffy got hit then steam started to come out again.

You can see the panel in my earlier post but here it is again

3rd panel he's being held and steaming, panel 4 he's being slammed right after being caught and still steaming. He may have stopped steaming in the animation but the manga panels don't depict it as clearly as is being said. Then there's still clouds drawn in the last panel that may either also be steam or more likely dust from the ground breaking. You can tell by the motion lines and his foot being blurred that Luffy was slammed into the ground quickly, signifying the drawing in and slamming happened super quick, if he had killed gear 2 he didn't have much time for it to happen between catching Luffy and slamming him yet we see steam until the moment he's slammed. It doesn't quite add up right is all.

Animation are made to depict manga in clear way. What episode has shown is correct. It wasn't a filler episode so trusting it is far better than the last panel of the manga, coz to me, it is like steam isn't coming from it and see the next page of the chapter from where you have taken this page. It will clear more for you. And haki was not used there, so don't assume it.
