Batman has only ever canonically won once... with kryptonite. Otherwise, Supes (in much weaker than Prime forms), has always kicked the crap out of Batman; gadgets or no gadgets.

And even then, he was never trying to kill Batman.

Nice thread, and to be fair Superman and Batman have never really tried to kill each other, if Superman really wanted Bats dead he'd be dead, and if Batman really wanted Supe's dead, he'd be dead. Superman wins because he can afford to hold back, a merciful superman is stronger than a merciful bats.
