Unquantifiable. So your point doesn't stand. Unless he can react (or rather unless anyone has evidence he can react) to someone who is most likely faster than V2 Ay and at least on par with him in speed, who strikes fast enough to prevent Madara from one shotting him like he did to SM Minato, (who is Base>>Minato who barely reacted to V2 Ay from a similar distance) there is no point in you trying.

Uh, wrong again.

1. Minato engages Gai, Madara's first response is to cut him down.

2. Gai engages Madara, instead of cutting him down, he jumps back and has to wait until Gai stopped to use Hirudora to try and cut him.
