This debate has been had countless times and from watching and reading the manga I have to say JIRIYA IS THE STRONGEST!!!


Reasons I say this is because he had the power to beat three pains...........as a matter of fact pain even said he would of lost if Jiriaya knew there secret.......

Next I have tsunade......power plus healing she solos




AND LAST I SAY OROCHIMARU........HE IS THE WEAKEST..........HE GOT SOLOED BY ITACHI EASILY.............AND ITACHI ONCE SAID THAT IF HE FOUGHT JIRIYA THEY WOULD BOTH DIE.......

Why so serious? Calm down lol. I say Jiraiya is the strongest. He had to be drugged to be fought against and he did pretty well against Pain. His SM wrecks the other two.
