The Fastest on NV!

Aside from Kaguya and eight gates gai who can bend space who or what do you think is the fastest on NV(no s/t jutsu)?

I think Ay with oonoki's light weight jutsu is Absurdly fast since he literally appears like a flash of light.

RSM Naruto with his steam technique is also pretty fast

Bijuu susanoo is super fast aswell

What do you think?

Naruto moves faster than Ay, and he could even manage the speed of Sandaime Raikage.
Sasuke can teleport (fast) ~50-100 meters with his Rinnegan but his base speed shouldn't be that impressive right?

but even though Sasuke would teleport 100 meters, i'd say Naruto isn't much slower despite actually running (not teleporting) 100 meters... although according to the databook... Sasuke is 4,5 and naruto is 3,5 in speed... (dafuq?) even Orochimaru is 4,5...
and Naruto is stronger than Sakura, and Sakuras intelligence is higher than Sasuke and Naruto... so i don't really trust the databook

Gai didn't bend space, he bent the space.

Bending space is what Kamui does; need you be reminded of what happened to Deidara's arm when space was bent around that? It would be the same effect except Gai's whole body would've been ripped to shreds.

Well in the new movie both Naruto and Sasuke's footspeed ignited the ground below them and cause minor quakes. I doubt anyone else can do that.

I'd have to say Ay because he uses nothing but his body, there's no extra attachments for his speed. In base he is still faster than most kage. V1 and V2 are really just overkill is he's not dealing with a sharingan, sage mode or Rinnegan.
