He has fast reflexes thanks to being adept at using the Flying Raijin but why would he need FTG if he could simply blitz everybody on his feet? It doesn't make sense bud. His legs aren't that muscley or strong.

Same goes for Tobirama & co. Hell, Tobi should be considered fast if that's what we're using since he can use kamui to teleport far distances. Speed through jutsu has never been impressive to me.

Just because he has no feats doesnt mean he isnt fast without the body flicker. I think its a bit ridiculous to think he cant run faster than kid kakashis top speed.

Even kcm naruto has no foot speed feats without body flicker. Heck the Raikage only even uses the body flicker, he has no actual plain running feats that makes him look fast. When he clashed his v2 lariat with base bee, hey ran at the same speed cuz he wasnt using body flicker.
