"Alright, same method as before. I will explain the technique, and I want you to perform it, give me at least 2 advantages and disadvantages, and also, how you would use the technique in battle.
Now, for the first S rank, you will form the Snake hand seal and manipulate your Lightning based chakra. You will then emit a spear of Lightning from either your hands, or your mouth. It can then be shot towards the opponent with great power, and is capable of causing quite some destruction. One can even split the spears into separate ones, but their power halves every time you do so. So two spears, would be A rank each, and four would be B rank each etc. Use it against my clone."

"Good to see you too, this jutsu consists of slicing through things from any range also being able to split itself to attack multiple places. While as a spear, it relies much on your speed to catch the enemy which they can evade. If not able to they'd either overwhelm the attack or rather have to counter with equal force. When faced with this attack, I'd used a ration jutsu that would shield me from the attack or sink into the ground as fast as I can. I'd use this jutsu in close range then outward as they try to escape." after his speech, he channels ration through his body at a fluid pace, preferring one hand gesture of focus he spews a thin current of ration from his mouth which slices through the areas trees catching the dashing clone nearing him while he moved in rotational frame.

"Now, I remember I taught you Fire. In the B ranks there was a technique which allowed you to release several Dragon headed fire balls, towards the opponent. Use that technique, but in this case, heat up the atmosphere with them, and cause it to become stormy, with Lightning flashing and all. These are the conditions in which Kirin will be able to be used. After a single turn (when you have fired said dragon headed fire balls) you will form a Chidori in your dominant hand to take control of the natural storm, and then make it strike an opponent of choice (preferably Mid range, or Long range away from you). This happens in a blink of an eye, and can only be dodged with space time techniques, or instant defenses like Sasunoo. Also, in the turn this technique is used, Chidori also takes a slot, so its basically two moves in one. Use it against my clone."

"The well known jutsu of the great Uchiha ever to live, Kirin. Besides taking up two slots, this jutsu needs the user to rise their arm toward the sky localizing the clouds forcing natural lightening to strike conjured with chakra. The main slow on this is that once used on the leveled ground equal for both parties the opponent can hinder the jutsu by attacking you stopping the very start of kirin. It's sheer height and power makes this jutsu near impossible to counter. Rain and this jutsu is nothing more than of a complement to each other, so tiger rain jutsu would fit nicely with this jutsu. I surely have nothing against this jutsu and I surely do plan to surpass Lord Sasuke." saying that as he molded katon chakra which he releases as three large flame dragons that head toward the sky making suitable cloud necessities. The clouds forming he watches as the clone is in a distance, he looks at the hill right above on the side of the clone. He dashes toward the clone, grabbing two paper bomb kunais he launches them toward the clone's left arm but 30 inches away from contact. The explosion pushes the clone to fall down while Ikiru runs upward the hillside. He then streams ration making chidori conducting natural lightening to his will bending the current to form a dragon that hides within the thunder clouds roaring in a blinding light that clears the ground to pebbles. The after shock leaves nothing to be seen as it's simply a clear plain field. Ikiru was indeed mastering thunder.

Moving in half way toward the clone, "while in mid-air and then releases all the lightning chakra to create a giant lightning bolt to attack their opponent can't be done any-other way otherwise but with it's powerful force it can hurt the enemy much more even nearing killing him. It's weak point would be using it in close range. I can't find more combinations than taijutsu, overall I love the use." saying while he leaps above the clone making mid-air distance then falling downward the clone he streams chidori into his hands as he claps them. The voltage is released outward toward the clone bursting it.

Standing toward the clone. he molds raiton which he streams after forming the handseals into his hands creating the technique as he than runs toward the clone. He impales it into it's heart from the downward angle, saying "If you're a the creator of the jutsu, one simply just makes one handseal while if you aren't it's all the handsigns. Powerful and more capable of traveling distances only if your the creator. I'd use this with taijutsu and if it was used on me, I'd fight back using taijutsu. Not easy to spot weak points in the justu but it's for sure it depends on the user."

You will then release a massive amount of Lightning chakra from your body, which creates a blinding light to anyone in range (it works up to Long range). This technique can also be used to hide a Genjutsu technique, as you can perform one right after this, up to A rank, if you have mastered Genjutsu. It would still count as two moves though. Use it against my clone."

Edit: "This jutsu is powerful in close range as it cannot be evaded easily, for it's double raikiri makes it wroth learning. Not much for a weak point than the user's skill, I'd combine this art with taijutsu making it worth using at all most every-time. If it were used on me, I'd first make distance between me and the user using nagashi so to say. I like the jutsu overall and would indefinitely use it alot." saying as he rushes toward the clone and releases raikiri onto his hands chunneling chakra he splits it into, now in range with both hands covered with raikiri he slams the clone's chest *poof* winning the battle.

Performing the handseals then channeling ration chakra into his body, this form emanates from all over his body as a beckon of light that blinds the clone and anyone who stares. While the clone covered it's eyes, Ikiru rushed in slicing the head off and poof it away. "Great jutsu that can also allow the user to enhance their working of genjutsu, no weak point as it simply allows the user to always have the upper hand."

You will then strike the opponent with the Chidori, and using shape manipulation, you will extend it into a spear of Lightning that impales the opponent and hurtles him into the air. You will then increase the potency of the Lightning, at the tip of the spear, which causes an electrical explosion. The spear can extend all the way to mid range. Use it against my clone."

"Let's move on. The first technique will require you to cover your dominant hand with a Chidori. Molding ration into this hand he forms chidori and then he releases that ration creating a massive 120 degree blast that spreads outward from his hand towards the clone zapping it's flesh before it poofs. "It's weak point is range as one can leap out of range, besides that one can move toward to close that range, it seems impossible to dodge. I like this jutsu and would first create a doton wall to block them from running away before ending them with thunderstorm."
"Strengthens of this jutsu would be it can gives distance to the user and also locks the victim who is impaled into a position of no return if successful. Weak on the point of close range encountering gives potential counters to arise even before full completion of it's use. Combine this with taijutsu and it's even hard to avoid. If it was used on me, I'd use taijutsu to counter the dashing in movement. I like the jutsu altogether and surely respect it." now as the clone neared him he simply gives the clone a round side kick to the head poof it away. "Maaaster!" dashing off toward his sensei, he plans a strike toward the stomach of his sensei which he'd then manipulate into an extended chidori that would appear as a spear impaling his master to death while in air.
"I haven't learn shadow clones yet, master L." saying politely while bowing his head in respect, as smiles for the training had near an end at last.
