but not on sand because of garra's mother's will power >_> i can only use some sand jutsu that don't need handseals (free will of sand) when in a shadow and since his sand clone doesn't need 1 it can move in shadow

um wrong your talking about sand sheild sand cacoon is that 1 garra uses in the chunnin exams when fighting sasuke it has to way of breaking in
