Thats not enough for a human being to be happy. Humans require more, wealth, status, that will all become tiresome after a while unless all you value in life is the superficial. My Grandmother had a saying, she used to say "Money can't make you happy but it can go a bloody long way towards it" I think that is a very true statement.

This man doesn't have goals because he doesn't want them. He just wants to sit on his arse and party. With all that money he could set up charities, a business, travel the globe in search of a better self. Instead he just wants to wash his brain cells away with booze with his friends. He focused so much on the money making him happy that unless he is doing something frivolous he thinks there is nothing else.

Being a billionaire doesn't just mean supercars, mega-yacht, jumbo jet and mansion; obviously with the wealth to buy all of that, you will just feel that ''you have done it all'', but not quite. Take a look at Bill Gates and Warren Buffett and their foundation; they're funding healthcare, education and nutrition programmes to help poor countries around the world, which keeps them busy and happy to help people; at least when they die, they have an honoured legacy. And they are the richest people on the planet, 20x times richer than that Minecraft developer.

And aside from donations, he can make political changes in the world with his wealth, in a good way obviously, which keeps him busy and makes him and people happy for his political changes.

Being a billionaire is everybody's dream, and no way anybody can be sad from having billions of money.

Reegardless of where you are you can always try to get more out of life. Think of the billionaires who are happy with their lives, what are they doing differently? The only thing I can think of is they have a family and they still have goals and dreams they aspire to. This person is just whining for now but he will realize that happiness comes from within and when he does he'll be glad to be in his position where he can do anything he wants without money being a problem.
