Bijuu Chakra!

I'm going to use simple logic to help people understand why Naruto's bijuu chakra is permanent and even recharges.

During the final vote battle Naruto and Sasuke were exhausted and completely out of chakra, they were also bleeding out. Later after recovering a little, they released MT.

Note in order to release MT, the rinnegan and all bijuu chakra is required. So ask yourself, if Naruto was completely exhausted of chakra how did he help undo MT?

The answer is obvious, hagoromo himself explained.

Well in addition to nerfing Naruto's RSM, sasuke also hasn't used his rinnegan full power since vote. Kishi nerf them hard XD

Well they were to the point they couldn't cast jutsu or even stand/move, yet after recovering they released the divine genjutsu MT, I'm sure that requires alot of power.

Sasuke can't absorb that much chakra into his body, he'd have to use susanoo as a gedo to channel that much energy.

Naruto can't use his bijuu chakra unless he is connected to the bijuu. The chakra he gained from the other 8 is never used it only serves as a pathway for Naruto to communicate with the bijuu. So even if Naruto is completely exhausted the bijuu chakra still remains

The reason why Naruto was still in full RSM during VOTE2 was because he was running off the excess chakra that he recieved from the bijuu during the fight with Kaguya and Madara

Both Naruto & Sasuke were out of chakra for hours @ VOTE2. When your out of chakra you don't die. You can't use any jutsu, & your just literally ******.

Case in point being. Naruto & Sasuke had to fight each other for Hours with only Taijutsu because neither had enough chakra for any jutsu.
