Let me remind edo = are not in full power. Second he never got the chance to use his sage mode because he always depended on his teleportation. He would've easily avoided obito and madara attack if he worked on his sage mode more. Like how Naruto doged the third kage lighting speed attack. He lived a short life never lived to be as old as madara or obito or even gai. He had to die otherwise no plot, he would killed obito anyways. he's itleast number 5 above kakashi,gai,harshima. He saved those people from the ten tail attacks like twice. again in edo he was not in full power.

I've been saying for years that Minato is greatly underappreciated as a character, especially when you look at feats. He teleported a tailed beast bomb, Fought Obito, summoned Bunta who requires a lot of chakra to summon, teleported Kurama and Bunta away, and still sealed Kurama into himself and Naruto after being mortally wounded. Minato was stronger than we give credit to.

I'm thankful for Kakashi Gaiden tbh (Road to Ninja Way too as well), without it we'd be servely lacking in Minato escapades - that was one hell of a nerf Kishi gifted Minato with during the 4th War Arc, having his Edo-Tensei'd self losing BOTH arms but even then he was still pretty badass.
Harsh plot-no-jutsu at it's finest.

I appreciated his lack of skill with senjutsu, I thought that was a nice touch.

What I find interesting is his character/personality though. Man cut cut through Iwa-nin like a hot knife through butter but when confronted with Obito he's just so... forgiving? I can't say for certain that he is completely tho, he takes a lot of blame onto himself though even when it's not strictly his fault.

Ha. I bet he was a shinobi-geek. Inventing techniques, fuinjutsu, reading and (there should be) glasses - heh, he's be so cute with glasses.
... not to mention his ridiculous naming skills. Epic failure but so damn adorable.
