I don't remember that being stated, it doesn't matter, the Raikage might be quick to jump to conclusions but he wouldn't let his stupidity end up getting his brother killed. He at times can be cunning and might try to put things to his advantage, why else would he have been the Commander of the Shinobi Alliance?
Naruto has moments of intellect, especially during this point in time when his growth actually begins, it doesn't matter, Kakashi is his Sensei and I'd doubt he wouldn't bring him with him. Yamato might be the other candidate instead of Guy however; but if I were him I'd take Guy instead, having him there is the safest course of action, unless the village fears attack. But sometimes the smart tactic is to make the enemy believe you have strength to spare.
Indeed, unless Sasuke decides to be smart and transplants Itachi's eyes early, then Naruto pretty much takes a dump on him because of stamina constrains and the heavy MS usage that would be needed to fight a Jin with SM. EMS Sasuke is an entirely different matter altogether, he was portrayed as BM and BSM Naruto's equal.
Indeed I am, Onoki would be trying to put the situation to his advantage, he wouldn't let anything ruin that, and it's doubtful his bodyguard would do something, I mean, why would he? None of them seemed to give a damn about Naruto later on, and anyway, the bodyguards can't risk starting a war, so I'd doubt they'd do anything stupid.
Makes sense, I thought you meant MS, but on that note, it is most probable, but I'd assume Danzo would be smart enough to sit back and wait for an opening instead of rushing in; which every skilled strategist and tactician know is the number one thing to never do.
He might if he get's riled up, but he's not THAT stupid. Even if he does, his TNJ is miracles in the fact that it almost always works and so might actually work to his advantage.
