Where would piccolo stand if he fuzed with all of the Namekians?

I know that Kami & Nail were the 2 most powerful & Namek was taken over at least twice, but if Piccolo absorbed all of the power from all of the Namekians how much would his power level & even personality change? How much higher would he stand among the daemons, Sayans, androids, monsters, etc?

I know that Nail/Kame fusion barely kept up with 17 & Perfect Cell made them look like fodder, but still. On a scale 1 to 10 I'd bet badass. What about the rest of you?

If he were to become the embodiment of all nameks I say cell level. I find it more interesting what would happen if Vegito and Gohan both put on potara.

I don't think you can combine that much consciousness into one form.

He already could after he went to the rosat after losing to cell

Android Saga, Piccolo was toe to toe with Imperfect Cell. The HTC training should bump him up to Semi-Perfect level at least.
