Kaido: Law and Luffy along with the rest are in serious trouble. Struggling against Kaido and his army. Law decides all hope is lost so why not. He gives his life either by performing the perpetual youth surgery or somehow take away Kaido's immortality in order for luffy to get the final shot in. (With all Luffy's allies following him it makes it quite dramatic when law dies and it shows everyone's facial reactions.)
Big Mom: THere has to be another key reason why luffy should take her down. I believe her crew will kidnap one of the SH in the middle of the Arc where they fight Kaido. Luffy and the others make their way to her base of operations to save (I think robin, sanji, or nami). with all the sweets, cakes, and cookies on it. THere's a theory that Big mom is a witch and has a devil fruit that allows her to cast spells.Jewelry Bonnie joins in on the fights for her personal reasons to talk to Luffy. Luffy loses by being hypnotized of some sort and manages to get away. Where he meets Capone Bege who has an alliance with her and also wants to bring her down. He makes a deal with luffy to tell him Big Mom's weakness if only he agrees to allow capone to claim all of Big mom's territory. Luffy agrees only with the exception of Fishman island. Capone agrees. Sanji, zoro, and others win their battles and join luffy where they work together to take down big mom. Which they do.
Shanks: Jewelry Bonnie tells Luffy about what 's going on and her ties with Ace/Whitebeard (Since she was so sad/angry about their deaths. she must have some kind of relation or story) She tells luffy of Blackbeard's plan (overheard when blackbeard captured her) that deals with taking down shanks. They track blackbeard down and work with the red hair pirates to help save shanks Shanks ends up being a total wreck where he meets luffy. He tells luffy to fight him despite him about to die. Saying if you don't take me down you won't be King of the Pirates. Luffy surprisingly gives him a finishing blow. After which he says keep the hat it fits you better. Then dies...
Blackbeard: (I think will be the final villain) Luffy along with allies and revolutionaries declare all out war on World government. It's chaotic and epic. Luffy takes down blackbeard and faces the person that stands in his way of the one piece and to end corruption. He defeats him. After somehow Blackbeard will gain that person's power and becomes too powerful. The very last fight luffy ends victorious
