Sabo wins, as well all know that Ace and Sabo was very close in strength and Sabo had 2 year more than Ace that make him Stronger than Ace and Ace seemed like he had no Haki as he was unable to inflict much damage to BB, during their bettle but yet luffy made BB cough out blood with jst a Jet Pistol at Impel down without haki as well.

Since when was Burgess comparable to a WB commander? Jozu is presumably weaker then Ace and Jozu would crush Burgess with ease in the same way Sabo did. Vista would smash him as well. It really means nothing tbh.

Actually, Division number DOES correspond to strength. I've seen the interview that Oda apparently states that they are all equal strength wise, but it's a mistranslation since the real one stated something along the lines of the first division commander not having any more power over the WB pirates then the second division commander. Marco is the strongest (obviously)>>Jozu>Thatch assuming Yami Yami mastery>Vista>>>>>>Atmos. There's clearly a correlation here, and this correlation leads me to believe that lower division number=more powerful.

Dragon is weaker then Ace by feats, doesn't mean shit though. Feats in OP verse are almost irrelevant compared to portrayal atm.
