And ofc the normal handsign tht u use for everything

Shikidai uses the shadow possession jutsu hand sign...

but outside of that, no one in the movie used it except Naruto (clapping his hand like you said - Which isn't classified as a hand sign I guess?). And the shadow clone jutsu used by Boruto, Naruto, Sasuke, and the random blue haired brothers.

Oh and Sarada used the Kai for Genjutsu release.

Well Naruto is special in the sense his chakra control was so advanced that he couldn't grasp a natural understanding of simple basics for moulding chakra. Likewise, Sasuke doesn't use hand seals because he's skill full. Every body else doesn't use hand seals because plot would make it too easy for Uchiha to solo if they did.

I feel you, I miss the.. O i got you before you finished weaving your signs. Also itachi kinda did kill everything as he did it faster than your eyes could detect.

But yea I assume weaving signs in order to mold chakra was a lower level shinobi tactic mainly used in the regular series because they were genin. Now that they have a better control of their chakra, they lower their need to mold and control it like a puppet master with their fingers, They simply do it naturally with their minds.
