Omnyudon is simply Gudodama however its manipulated with yin/yang release. Think of Gudodama as the ultimate multi-tool.

They don't affect each other unless Sasuke doesn't have Rikudou chakra, Amaterasu burns chakra which is what TSB are made of and TSB negate chakra which is what Amaterasu is made of.

That wasn't negation, cahkra cloaks are unable to erase or extinguish the flames. Naruto detaching the cloak from himself like the Juubi detaching his body essentially proves that Amaterasu will eventually consume his cloak.

This is an interesting thread with a lot of well constructed arguments, and it's definitely a subject I think about often. Obviously, the answer to this question is highly subjective, and I don't believe there is a single right answer. @bold What you are referring to is actually Rikodou's Yin chakra which is naturally Senjutsu powered.

It doesn't negate. It blocks. Pretty much just like how Juubi countered the flames, this application is just using chakra cloak.
