Asuma and Kurenai

On Narutopedia, it says that they were married. However, I've never seen anything indicating that that they were. Did I miss something?

But it explicitly lists Asuma as Kurenai's husband...

It was never stated in the manga, but then most pairing details were (thankfully) omitted.

was this in the manga because i dont remember seeing it in the manga. i know for sure that it was in the anime but since the anime is presented to children in japan funimation most likely made the change on the anime for moral reasonings

It says on Narutopedia that they are husband and wife. I don't recall the anime ever mentioning it, and I haven't read most of the manga, so I wouldn't know if it was mentioned there or not.

it's Narutopedia being inaccurate and unreliable as usual. Whoever placed that there seem to be under the impression that Asuma knocking Kurenai up in and of itself means they were married.

I remember my friend pointing out that Kurenai wore a ring on her ring finger during one of the shippuden episodes......so maybe they were engaged?

I always thought Narutopedia was fairly reliable. That's the only mistake I've found so far.

Kurenai was listed as "Kurenai Sarutobi" in one of the guidebooks (the one for The Last, I think), that's probably why.
